Clean the rooms better!!! Don’t let the dogs poop in outside of the parking lot!!! Eliminate the odors!!! It's unacceptable that the room had a bad odor and there were no towels or soap provided!!!

Issues with room supply. Lacked basics like a hair dryer, pots, and pans which could. Even more frustrating, cleaning towels were not provided without an extra charge, and I found a few roaches, too. Frequent police presence in the parking lot gave an uneasy feel, and no ice machines on-site required a trek to nearby stores.

I encountered some challenges with my room key that needed resolving, which was frustrating, but the staff eventually helped me access my room. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but there were a few cleanliness issues, like finding small roaches. Overall, I think it's a decent place for those needing a short stay, but more attention to room readiness would be beneficial.

great access to parks and shopping centers nearby

during my stay, I enjoyed being just a short distance from Potter Park, which was perfect for a relaxing stroll, and the Fountains Shopping Center, where I found some great shops and dining options to explore after a day of walking around the city.

Location was decent and parking was free! 🙌 However, there was no shower curtain and the room cleanliness was questionable.

The front desk staff were helpful with check-in. The room had a cockroach problem.

The laundry room is clean and spacious. the fitness center has great workout equipment! Perfect for a busy traveler.
